Rosé you say..

If you haven't learned by now, I love Rosé! Many of you may still be wondering what the big deal is...ew its pink? ew its sweet? Well, not to say there aren't some "ewie" pink wines out there, but I am here to defend that rosés have really come a long way! In fact, some of the first wines consumed appeared to be closer to the color of what we call Rosé wine today. Over time as more winemaking techniques improved and evolved, darker wines started to become popular.

Rosés can be made from any red grape varietal. It has limited time in contact with the grape skins (usually 1 to 3 days). They can be pale and peachy in color or even deeper hues of red! Typically consumed chilled, they are perfect for the warmer months! They can be created with a range of flavor profiles from sweet to bone dry, crisp flavors of watermelon, strawberries.

Here are some of my favs in no particular order..
