Welcome to Winetender Diaries! This is designed to be a fun and entertaining blog about all kinds of wine stories, interesting wine facts, information about different varietals, fun happenings at Tasting Room and maybe some thoughts from behind the bar. Lets just go ahead and get this out there… don't judge me for any incorrect spellings, improper punctuation and grammar usage. I was not an English major my any means. We had a lot of fun with all the suggestions to help us come up with the perfect name for this blog. Months ago I had a quick debate with a group of my favorite fun ladies (you know who you are) over whether I was considered a bartender, waitress, server, etc… I didn't feel comfortable with any of those phrases people like to throw out there when trying to get my attention. "You're like.. a winetender", one of them shouted out and it stuck! That name popped into my head one recent evening while hanging out with this particular group of ladies and POOF… Winetender Diaries was born!
